Territory Sales Representative (Commission + Lifetime Revenue Share) Boston, MA

Pay: $50,000 – $150,000+ per year (Commission + Recurring Revenue Share)

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract)

Location: Territory-Based / Field Sales / On the Road

Commission-Only Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. There is no base salary.

  • 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience

If you already visit venues regularly, this becomes a natural add-on to your current relationships.

What You’ll Do

  • Introduce AMPTRA to venues within your network or territory
  • Present the no-cost revenue-share model
  • Close agreements
  • Coordinate plug-and-play installation
  • Ensure the station remains online

Many reps do not revisit locations for 6–9 months and continue receiving revenue.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 2–5+ years B2B sales experience
  • Proven ability to close deals independently
  • Comfortable with commission-based income
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Must understand this is a 1099 commission-only position

Preferred:

  • Existing hospitality or nightlife relationships
  • Route-based sales background
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Self-motivated and disciplined

This is a closing-focused role, not a prospecting-only position.

Compensation Structure

Upfront Commission: Earn $200 – $800+ per install

  • Paid once the contract is signed and the station is installed and active
  • Commission varies based on venue size, traffic, and location

Recurring Revenue Share: Earn 10% – 40% lifetime revenue share

  • Paid monthly
  • Continues as long as the location remains active

Top-performing reps build a portfolio of active locations that generate ongoing monthly income.

Compensation Summary

  • Commission: $200–$800+ per install
  • Lifetime Revenue Share: 10%–40%
  • Potential Earnings: $50,000–$150,000+ annually (performance-based)
