Aesthetic PA
If you are an Aesthetic Physcians Assistant who is looking for something new, we welcome you to join our team. We are a growing MedSpa seeking Aesthetic Physcians Assistant who are interested in growing with our organization as an experiences Master Injector. To be considered as a candidate the Aesthetic Physcians Assistant must have at least 1 year of experience working in a MedSpa administering injections, is a credentialed medical professional, with a track record of creating exceptional results and prioritizing patient safety. The characteristics of a master injector include:
· 1 Year of Experience administering aesthetic injections and IV therapy
· Skill in safely producing desired results
· Knowledge of facial anatomy (both for safety and aesthetic purposes)
· Familiarity with the risks and benefits of available products
· Ability to tailor their approach to serve individual goals
Responsibilities:
· Administer treatments in accordance with spa & Wellness
· policies and procedures.
· Establish and maintain rapport with clients to ensure overall customer service satisfaction of clients.
· Perform cosmetic consultations and recommend a treatment plan that will achieve patient goals.
· Pursue opportunities to educate clients on additional services.
· Educate patients on skincare products that may enhance their outcomes
· Educate clients on all treatment processes including pre and post-treatment care guidelines.
· Maintain cleanliness and appearance of treatment rooms between each client
· Annotate and post appropriate information and maintain accurate client treatment records/data in the client’s medical chart.
· Sustain proficiency through continuous education and trainings.
· Collaborate with sales and ops teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
· Physician Assistant with current licensure.
· Strong existing client base.
· Entrepreneurial mindset required.
· Client-first mentality required.
· Relevant industry experience preferred with minimum of 1 year of experience.
· Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications.
· Warm bedside manner.
· Ability to complete detailed client records.
· Exceptional teamwork and organizational skills.
· Always maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
· Language: Spanish a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
