We are an established, physician-led wellness practice in the Boise/Meridian area seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing team.
Clinical Focus
Our providers deliver comprehensive wellness care that may include:
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Regenerative medicine (PRP and cellular therapies)
- Medical weight management
- IV nutrition and wellness therapies
- Lifestyle and preventive medicine
Position Details
- Part-time (up to 30 hours per week)
- No evenings
- No weekends
- No on-call responsibilities

Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply:
- Regenerative medicine
- Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy
- Medical weight management
- Joint injections
- Trigger point injections
While experience is preferred, we are willing to train a motivated provider who demonstrates excellent clinical judgment, strong patient communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn.
Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license eligible for practice in Idaho
- Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Collaborative team player
- Passion for preventive, wellness, and longevity-focused care
- Ability to build lasting relationships with patients
