Job SummaryRêve Wellness is seeking an experienced, clinically confident Nurse Practitioner(NP) or Physician Assistant to serve as the lead medical provider within our luxury regenerative and aesthetic practice.
This role is ideal for a provider with direct med spa experience in injectables, IV therapy, peptides, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT), who is comfortable practicing with autonomy while collaborating under a Medical Director who is not always physically present in the clinic.
The selected provider will serve as the Head NP/PA, overseeing clinical delivery, ensuring patient safety, maintaining compliance, and upholding high standards of medical excellence.
Clinical Oversight & Leadership:
- Serve as primary on-site licensed provider under supervising Medical Director
- Oversee all hormone therapy patients (male & female optimization)
- Review labs, interpret results, adjust protocols appropriately
- Ensure evidence-based dosing and patient safety
- Maintain structured follow-up schedules for HRT patients
- Provide clinical guidance to nursing staff (IV nurses, support staff)
- Maintain documentation compliance and EMR integrity (Zenoti)
Aesthetic & Regenerative Treatments:
- Administer neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, etc.)
- Perform dermal filler treatments (lips, cheeks, jawline, full-face balancing)
- Conduct PRP / PRF (if applicable)
- Oversee and/or administer peptide protocols
- Conduct IV therapy consultations
- Provide weight loss management (GLP-1 protocols, metabolic optimization)
- Evaluate candidacy for regenerative therapies
Hormone Therapy Oversight
This provider will:
- Evaluate new HRT consults
- Order and interpret labs
- Develop individualized hormone protocols
- Monitor safety markers and adjust therapy
- Ensure compliance with Georgia medical regulations
- Maintain appropriate documentation for all prescriptions
- Provide informed consent discussions
We are seeking a provider comfortable taking ownership of this responsibility.
Pay: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
