4Ever Young Anti-Aging Solutions is redefining how people age — combining aesthetics, integrative wellness, functional medicine, hormone therapy, peptides, nutritional IVs, and medical weight loss, all under one roof.
We’re growing across Orlando, with locations in Lake Nona and Lake Ivanhoe, and we’re looking for a part-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who’s skilled with aesthetic injectables and genuinely loves helping patients look and feel their best.
Experience with HRT, peptides, medical weight loss, and IV therapy is a plus — but if you’re a strong injector eager to grow into integrative wellness, we want to talk.

What You Bring (Required)
- 2+ years administering aesthetic injectables — neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, Skinvive, Exosomes, PGF+, PRP, & Wharton’s Jelly
- Active Florida ARNP or PA license in good standing
- DEA registration to prescribe Schedule III controlled substances (e.g., testosterone)
- A consultative sales mindset — you’re comfortable recommending, cross-selling, and upselling treatments that genuinely fit each patient (e.g. upselling fillers & biostimulants to tox patients)
- A self-starter who works well on a team and stays committed to ongoing learning
- Comfort using social media to build a personal brand (an established following is a strong plus)
Nice to Have (Preferred)
- Experience in integrative wellness: hormone therapy, growth hormone peptides, weight-loss therapies, IV nutrition, and regenerative medicine
What You’ll Do
- Administer aesthetic injectables — neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, Skinvive, Exosomes, PGF+, PRP, & Wharton’s Jelly
- Administer regenarative orthopedic injectables — PRP & Wharton’s Jelly
- Lead thorough consultations and build tailored treatment plans around each patient’s goals
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and maintain accurate, compliant clinical documentation
- Educate patients on our full range of products, services, and therapies
- Recommend and cross-sell complementary treatments that add real value for patients
- Stay current on industry trends, 4Ever Young offerings, and advances in anti-aging medicine
- Uphold high standards of service, professionalism, and communication
