Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and compassionate Chiropractic Assistant / Certified Chiropractic Physician’s Assistant (CCPA) to join our growing healthcare team.

In this role, you will support providers by assisting with patient care, rehabilitation exercises, physiotherapy modalities, patient education, and daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist providers with patient intake, documentation, and updating patient records
  • Prepare patients for treatment and explain prescribed therapies and rehabilitation exercises
  • Assist with physiotherapy modalities, therapeutic exercises, and patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Monitor patients during rehabilitation exercises and report concerns to the provider
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-up visits
  • Perform patient recall and reactivation calls as needed
  • Organize charts, paperwork, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Maintain treatment areas, equipment, and clinic organization & Cleanliness
  • Assist with inventory management and supply tracking
  • Support community outreach, patient education, marketing initiatives, and practice growth activities when needed
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming patient experience

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Chiropractic Assistant or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and patient communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
