What You’ll Do
As a Certified NP or PA-C, you’ll serve as a key clinical provider in skilled nursing facilities, delivering high-quality care to patients while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive physical exams and reviewing medical histories
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging
- Diagnosing and managing acute and chronic medical conditions
- Prescribing medications and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with physicians, nurses, therapists, and facility staff
- Educating patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Documenting patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record

Qualifications:
- Current NP or PA-C license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Current DEA registration or willingness to obtain prior to start date
- New graduates encouraged to apply—training and mentorship available

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated with a patient-centered approach
