Infusion RN – clinic based Full-time
Rocky Mountain Mind and Body LLC is a specialty clinic that performs IV
infusion treatment for severe mood and chronic pain disorders.
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, polite, patient, and has excellent current IV skills. We all work together as a team to provide great care for our patients and need open-minded accepting individuals with a warm and welcoming attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to work independently.
As an infusion nurse with our practice, you will engage directly with our patients and be a face for our clinic and a valued team member. You will be responsible for educating patients and family members about our treatment, starting and discontinuing IVs, using infusion syringe pumps, monitoring patients and completing accurate medical charting. You must be reliable and able to adhere to and follow stringent patient privacy laws and rules.
The typical RN to patient ratio is 1:1 or 1:1.5 per hour which provides the best direct patient care and as much one on one time with our patients to provide the highest quality of care.
Hours can vary, but typical clinical hours in the clinic are Monday,
Wednesday, Friday 8:00am- 5:30pm. Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:00am to
4:00pm
Qualifications – Required
- Active and unrestricted Colorado Registered Nurse license
- Current IV skills
- Current BLS certifications
- Current ACLS certifications

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Administer medications as directed, per protocols.
- Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
- Program infusion pumps for continuous medication delivery
- Monitor, report, and chart changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
- Maintain accurate patient electronic medical records.
- Communicate all pertinent information and any interventions to the clinic director
- Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members.
- Complete all documentation of patient treatment, including progress notes and discharge summaries in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain patient privacy
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
- Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
- Follow OSHA, PHI, Infection controls, HIPAA guidelines
- Maintain appropriate medical supply inventory with a focus on fiscal responsibility
- Other duties as needed

All qualified candidates are required to pass a background check and non- federal drug test (which excludes marijuana) post offer of employment and prior to hire.

COVID-19 upon commencing employment.
Working Conditions:
- This role is clinic based and requires working in a clinical setting. The noise level is low. It will require the ability to stand and sit for hours at a time (with some bending and stooping), ability to use manual dexterity in relation to clinical requirements.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to lift and seat patients into and out of wheelchair as needed.
Flu and COVID-19 Precaution(s):
- Personal protective equipment provided and required as needed
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
- We require all staff to be vaccinated for Flu and COVID
Job Type: Full-time
Starting Salary: $38 to $42 per hour depending on experience. 5% raise after 90-day period of full-time work.
Work Location: Englewood CO
Benefits: 5 paid holiday per year (New Year’s day, Memorial Day, Labor day, Thanksgiving, Christmas day) plus Paid Time Off (PTO)-Each hour of
PTO accrues at 4% per hour/hour worked for the first year. Reimbursed liability insurance premiums. Colorado Secure Savings program. Monthly benefits bonus until benefits package is finalized (HSA, wellness plan, disability, dental, vision). Annual continuing education reimbursement.
