Position Overview

PsychGo is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)/ Physician Assistant / Phychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment, values evidence-based care, and is open to being credentialed with insurance panels.

Responsibilities

  • Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments
  • Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions
  • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
  • Provide medication management and adjust regimens as needed
  • Collaborate with therapists, admin staff, and psychiatry residents
  • Maintain clear and compliant medical documentation
  • Attend team meetings, including our signature “Group Soup” sessions
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Experience & Skills

  • Experience with CBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Skilled in medical documentation and terminology
  • Comfortable treating children, teens, and adults
  • Proficient in diagnostic evaluations and data analysis
  • Knowledge of addiction counseling a plus

Qualifications:

  • PMHNP, PA-C, MD/DO from an accreduted institution
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
  • Active and valid state medical license (Colorado)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for team-based care and mentoring

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive pay (commensurate with experience)

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
