Position Overview
PsychGo is seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)/ Physician Assistant / Phychiatrist to provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing care for children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment, values evidence-based care, and is open to being credentialed with insurance panels.
Responsibilities
- Perform psychiatric evaluations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat a range of mental health conditions
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Provide medication management and adjust regimens as needed
- Collaborate with therapists, admin staff, and psychiatry residents
- Maintain clear and compliant medical documentation
- Attend team meetings, including our signature “Group Soup” sessions
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality

Experience & Skills
- Experience with CBT and other evidence-based treatment modalities
- Skilled in medical documentation and terminology
- Comfortable treating children, teens, and adults
- Proficient in diagnostic evaluations and data analysis
- Knowledge of addiction counseling a plus
Qualifications:
- PMHNP, PA-C, MD/DO from an accreduted institution
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
- Active and valid state medical license (Colorado)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for team-based care and mentoring
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive pay (commensurate with experience)
- Initial Part-Time position with plan to grow to full-time

Pay: $55.00 – $70.00 per hour
