Associate Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon – Flexible Schedule (1099)
Boulder & Wheat Ridge, Colorado
Alpine Valley Oral Surgery is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our growing private practice.
This opportunity is ideal for an oral surgeon seeking flexibility, clinical autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with a high-quality private practice. Surgeons in private practice, academics, military service, hospital-based practice, or those seeking supplemental clinical days are encouraged to apply.

Scope of Practice
- Third molars and dentoalveolar surgery
- Dental implants and bone grafting
- IV sedation
- Exposure and bonding
- Soft tissue surgery and pathology
Qualifications
- DDS/DMD
- Accredited OMS residency
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Eligible for Colorado licensure
Competitive compensation includes a daily guarantee and/or production-based compensation based on experience and scheduling preferences.
