Full Job Description
Job SummaryWe are looking for a Physician Assistant knowledgeable in TRT and Medical Weight loss to be a part of our Men’s Health Clinics in California.
Our clinic has been successfully treating men with Erectile Dysfunction using Acoustic Wave Therapy for over 6 years and now we are in the process of adding additional services, including TRT and Medical Weight Loss.
While the majority of the patient encounters would be done via telehealth, there might be a need to come into the clinic from time to time to meet with a patient in person.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Meet with patients via telehealth 1-2 days per week to evaluate their current symptoms, health history and recommend a treatment plan depending on their situation.
- Provide education on medication administration and management as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the area of HRT and medical weight loss.
- Maintain accurate records in our clinic’s CRM while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge in the areas of Erectile Dysfunction, TRT and Medical Weight Loss, as well as basic medical terminology and HIPAA compliance.
- Experience with medication administration is preferred.
- Ability to conduct research on health-related topics to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate clients effectively.
- Certification in related field is desirable but not mandatory.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $125.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 15 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekends as needed
