Role Description
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who’s passionate about preventive and longevity medicine. This role will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting comprehensive patient assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, and managing chronic conditions. Additional duties include prescribing medications, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, educating patients about preventive care, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications
- Master’s degree and board certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
- Active California Licensure
- Proven clinical experience in internal medicine, cardiology, or preventative/concierge practice preferred
- Advanced clinical skills, including conducting patient assessments and creating treatment plans
- Proficient in diagnosing and managing chronic conditions
- Experience in prescribing medications and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Experience in preventive medicine or longevity care is a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based patient care with an emphasis on prevention and early detection.
- Conduct detailed health assessments and create personalized treatment and optimization plans.
- Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate; order and interpret diagnostic and specialty tests.
- Educate patients on cardiovascular, metabolic, and cognitive health strategies.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary experts (cardiology, nutrition, exercise physiology, mindset health) to deliver integrated precision care.
