Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Evaluate sick and urgent care patients, transitional care patients and primary care patients. Educate patients on maintaining proper health. Evaluate, make recommendations, co-manage and treat patients’ medical needs. Provide care and coordination of our patients ensuring the highest level of care.
Job Requirements:
Active Nurse Practitioner (in good standing. Current National Board Certification. Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi-task. Initiative, problem solving ability, adaptability and flexibility. Ability to work without direct supervision and practice autonomously. Capacity to collaborate with professional colleagues as necessary to provide quality care. Must be able to present a friendly, welcoming and professional appearance
Education and Licensure:
Graduate of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Current California RN and NP License or PA License.

Pay: $140,000.00 – $183,000.00 per year
