Advanced Provider Nurse Practitioner (FNP, CNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Primary Care (Bilingual Spanish Preferred)

$145,000 to $188,000 Depending on ExperienceSanchez Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) to join our established family practice clinic serving the South Gate and Bellflower communities.
We are looking for a professional, dependable, and patient-centered PA-C who is comfortable working in a busy outpatient primary care setting with a large Spanish-speaking and geriatric patient population.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat primary care patients
- Perform physical exams, follow-ups, chronic care visits, and preventive care visits
- Manage common conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol, asthma, and acute illnesses
- Order and review labs, imaging, referrals, and medications
- Complete charting accurately and timely in the EHR
- Communicate clearly with patients, staff, and supervising physicians
- Support quality measures, preventive screenings, and patient care coordination
Requirements
- Current California PA-C license
- Board certification as a Physician Assistant
- Primary care, family medicine, urgent care, or internal medicine experience preferred
- Comfortable seeing adult and senior patients
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
- Strong bedside manner and reliable follow-through
- Must be organized, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team

We are a well-established, family-owned primary care practice that has been serving the community for over 40 years. We are looking for Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting.
This is a team-based environment with strong support staff and we use ECLINICALworks. Scribe is provided so you can focus on patient care and medical decision-making rather than documentation.
Our patient population includes all ages (1+), with a mix of chronic care, preventive care, and same-day visits.
Location:

Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages
- Manage both acute and chronic conditions
- Perform preventative care and routine follow-ups
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff and support team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation (with scribe support)
Requirements:
- Active California license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum 2 years of family medicine experience
- Comfortable treating patients across all age groups
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
