About ReGrow Medical

ReGrow Medical is a growing hair restoration and aesthetic medicine practice specializing in FUE hair transplant procedures, PRP hair restoration, and patient-centered regenerative hair treatments.

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and personable Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This is a great opportunity for a PA/NP who has experience in aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, regenerative medicine, or procedure-based medicine — or someone who is highly motivated and willing to learn hair restoration.

Previous experience with FUE hair transplant procedures is a plus, but not required. Training may be provided for the right candidate.

Position Overview

The PA/NP will assist with hair restoration procedures, PRP treatments, patient education, follow-up care, and clinical support during procedure days. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a hands-on procedural environment, works well with a team, and understands the importance of providing a high-end, professional patient experience.

This role is best suited for someone who is presentable, reliable, positive, team-oriented, and interested in growing with a developing aesthetic hair restoration practice.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with FUE hair restoration procedures under physician-directed protocols.
  • Assist with local anesthesia for hair restoration procedures as appropriate.
  • Provide procedural support during hair restoration cases.
  • Perform or assist with PRP treatments for hair restoration patients.
  • Review patient history and help answer clinical questions.
  • Provide pre-procedure and post-procedure patient education.
  • Support follow-up care and post-procedure patient communication.
  • Help ensure patients are prepared and ready for procedure day.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in the patient chart and related systems.
  • Work closely with the physician, clinical team, surgical technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Provide a professional, warm, concierge-level experience for every patient.
  • Assist with light coordination tasks related to patient readiness, forms, labs when applicable, scheduling, and follow-up.
  • Minimal cross-coverage may occasionally be needed in the physician’s other practice.

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license.
  • Interest in aesthetics, hair restoration, dermatology, plastic surgery, or regenerative medicine.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on procedural environment.
  • Professional appearance and excellent bedside manner.
  • Great attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented personality.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with patient education and follow-up communication.
  • Comfortable using patient portals, CRM systems, Google Sheets, or similar tracking tools.
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required.
  • PRP experience is preferred, but not required.
  • FUE or hair restoration experience is a plus, but not required.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a PA or NP who:

  • Has experience in aesthetics or is excited to learn aesthetic hair restoration.
  • Enjoys hands-on procedures and patient interaction.
  • Is professional, polished, and comfortable working with elective medical patients.
  • Has a positive attitude and works well with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff.
  • Is interested in growing with a specialized hair restoration practice.
  • Understands the importance of patient experience in aesthetic medicine.
  • Can help patients feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their treatment journey.

We are currently looking for someone available 3–4 days per week, with the opportunity to expand as the practice grows.

Applicants should be able to start within 2–3 weeks. Earlier availability is preferred, but not required.

Procedure days may vary based on patient bookings.

How to Apply
