Associate Veterinarian – Small Animal GP
Marina Pet Hospital | Marina, CaliforniaFull-Time or Part-Time | $160,000–$185,000 Base + Production
Independent practice. No weekends. 30-minute appointments. A team that stays.
Marina Pet Hospital is an independently owned small animal practice serving the Monterey Bay community since 1968. We’re looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants the time to practice thoughtful medicine, a team they can count on, and a schedule that leaves room for life outside of work.
We’re open Monday–Friday and closed on weekends, with no after-hours, no on-call, and no emergency shifts. Our 30-minute appointments give doctors time to build relationships, educate clients, and provide thorough care without a high-volume schedule.

Medicine & Technology
Our established dog and cat practice offers:
● Digital and handheld dental radiography
● Imagyst AI-assisted in-house cytology
● Full in-house laboratory
● Dedicated surgical suite
● Pulse cloud-based practice management software
● AI-assisted documentation/scribing technology
A strong interest and/or experience in surgery is important for this role. We’re also open to veterinarians who bring additional clinical interests they would like to develop.
Compensation & Benefits
ProSal compensation with a base salary of $160,000–$185,000 plus production, with no negative accrual, commensurate with experience and schedule.
