We support expert orthopedic surgeons as they provide independent evaluations—not medical care—for legal documentation purposes. Our work is professional, precise, and more legal than medical.
We’re seeking a highly organized, polished, and personable Front Desk Coordinator to ensure a smooth, five-star experience for our physicians and their clients. If you have a background in hospitality, client services, or front desk reception, and you’re looking for a meaningful, long-term role, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the face of the office—greeting clients, coordinating flow, and ensuring a professional environment
- Support orthopedic surgeons during legal evaluation days at various office locations (no procedures involved)
- Anticipate the needs of the physician you’re partnered with and build trusted working relationships
- Ensure office set-up for appointments
- Complete simple intake procedures (you’ll be fully trained)
- Review client intake forms for completeness and flag any missing information
- Coordinate with our main office to resolve any issues on-site quickly and professionally
