Our facility is a 25-bed acute care hospital located in beautiful Hollister, CA. Hazel Hawkins serves San Benito County with a total county population of 60,000 residents. Midlevel Family Practice (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care/Family Medicine – Rural Health Clinic)- Req# HRC-954
Status/Shift: Full Time, Variable Shifts Pay Range: $84-$110/hour Position Summary/Requirements: Graduate from an accredited NP or PA Program. Current NP/PA certification and/or license recognized by the State of CA. Certified by the NBCOPA preferred. At least (1) year experience in a general orthopedic setting evaluating, diagnosing, and treating musculoskeletal disease and injuries. Knowledge of surgical instrumentation and management of orthopedic conditions is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Current Furnishing License, if applicable. Current DEA. Current CPR card. Provides general orthopedic care and performs selective orthopedic services in a specialty office setting, under the supervision of clinic physicians in accordance with the laws and regulations of the State of CA and the policies and procedures of the department.
