Our facility is a 25-bed acute care hospital located in beautiful Hollister, CA. Hazel Hawkins serves San Benito County with a total county population of 60,000 residents. Midlevel Family Practice (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care/Family Medicine – Clinic – 4th Street) – Req# HRC-079
Status/Shift: Full Time, Variable Shifts Pay Range: $84-$110/hour Position Summary/Requirements: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training program. Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certification and license recognized by the State of California. Experience in a primary health care setting. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred. Current Furnishing License if applicable. Current D.E.A. Current CPR card.
