Our facility is a 25-bed acute care hospital located in beautiful Hollister, CA. Hazel Hawkins serves San Benito County with a total county population of 60,000 residents. Hollister is home to many wonderful wineries, boutiques and specialty shops, outdoor recreation areas, and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. San Benito County is also a golf lover’s paradise with numerous scenic courses to satisfy any golfer’s skill level. Midlevel Family Practice (Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care/Family Medicine – Clinic – 4th Street) – Req# HRC-079
Status/Shift: Full Time, Variable Shifts Pay Range: $84-$110/hour Position Summary/Requirements: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant training program. Must hold a current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant certification and license recognized by the State of California. Experience in a primary health care setting. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred. Current Furnishing License if applicable. Current D.E.A. Current CPR card.
