Cupertino, CA | In-Person | 20–30 Hours Per Week
Development is Child’s Play is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing Cupertino clinic! We are a collaborative team of occupational and physical therapists dedicated to helping children reach their goals through play-based, family-centered therapy.
We are looking for a therapist who enjoys working with children, builds strong relationships with families, communicates effectively, and thrives in a supportive team environment. Pediatric experience is preferred, and experience or interest in sensory integration is a plus.
Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- NBCOT certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Experience or interest in sensory integration is a plus
- Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on experience and schedule:
- 1/2-time position: Starting at $45,000 – $52,000 (DOE)
- 3/4-time position: Starting at $68,000 – $79,000 (DOE)
- Additional $10/hour weekend bonus

Schedule
This is a part-time position offering 20–30 hours per week. To support the needs of the families we serve, availability during after-school hours (approximately 3:00–6:30 PM) and Saturdays is required. We strive to create consistent schedules that support both our therapists and the children we serve.
