We’re looking for a Part-Time / Per Diem Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about patient care and enjoys helping patients improve their health through personalized treatment. You’ll work alongside our Lead Provider and clinical team to deliver high-quality care in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

Your Role
As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will support our clinical team by providing personalized care and helping patients achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient consultations and follow-up visits.
- Review laboratory results and order appropriate diagnostic testing.
- Develop, adjust, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on TRT, weight management, erectile dysfunction, and other men’s health therapies.
- Monitor patient progress and make evidence-based treatment recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Lead Provider to ensure safe, effective, and consistent patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation.
- Stay current on best practices and advancements in men’s health and hormone optimization.
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience through compassionate, professional care.
What We’re Looking For
- Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
- Passion for preventive medicine, hormone optimization, and patient education.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care with attention to detail.
- Experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, or primary care is preferred but not required.
