About the Role
Full-Time | On-Site
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Initial onboarding will include training and mentorship to support integration into the practice and Herway care
model.
Patient Volume
Approximately 10–15 patients per day
Responsibilities Include
● In-person consultations and follow-up visits
● Telehealth appointments
● Procedures and treatment administration
● Patient education and care planning
● Collaboration with providers and support staff
● Ongoing professional development and training
You will provide compassionate, patient-focused care while helping patients understand and actively participate
in achieving their health and wellness goals.
What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include:
● Conduct hormone optimization, wellness, and preventive health consultations
● Review and interpret hormone panels, specialty laboratory testing, and other diagnostic assessments
● Develop and manage personalized hormone replacement therapy programs, including pellet and
non-pellet options
● Provide peptide therapy consultations and follow-up care, including GLP-1 programs
● Evaluate patients for regenerative medicine and pain management therapies, including PRP, exosome,
stem cell-based, and other restorative treatment options as appropriate
● Perform sexual wellness procedures and follow-up care
● Perform ultrasound-guided joint injections, including PRP and cortisone treatments
● Administer and oversee IV therapies and regenerative medicine services in accordance with clinic
protocols and state regulations
● Complete Good Faith Exams for aesthetic procedures and IV services
● Collaborate with providers and staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care
● Confidently educate patients on treatment options and create personalized care plans that support
patient goals and practice standards
● Cross-refer patients into appropriate Herway Health services when clinically indicated
● Represent the practice through occasional educational events, workshops, and marketing initiatives
● Support occasional evening events, special clinics, and community outreach initiatives
As a growing practice, flexibility and a willingness to contribute to evolving workflows, training initiatives, and
special projects are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
● Active California Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
● Active DEA license, or eligible and willing to obtain/transfer one (clinic support provided)
● Minimum of 1 year of experience managing female hormone replacement therapy
● Current BLS certification
● Strong patient education and communication skills
● Comfortable using EMR and telehealth platforms
● Excellent bedside manner with a warm, professional presence
● Detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience with pellet therapy
● Experience with peptide therapy and GLP-1 programs
● Experience performing PRP procedures
● Experience with regenerative medicine therapies, including PRP, exosomes, stem cell-based
treatments, or other orthobiologic procedures
● Experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal pain conditions
● Experience performing ultrasound-guided injections
● Experience with sexual wellness procedures
● ACLS certification
● Conversational Spanish

Pay: $65.00 – $80.00 per hour
