Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality patient care with a focus on diabetes management, podiatry, and hormone therapy. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dedicated medical assistant, providing collaborative and efficient care experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered primary care with a focus on diabetes, podiatry, and hormone therapy.
  • Diagnose, develop treatment plans, and monitor chronic disease management, particularly in diabetes and hormone therapy.
  • Perform assessments and procedures related to primary care, hormone therapy, diabetes, and podiatry, including wound care, foot health assessments, and hormone management.
  • Educate patients and families on managing diabetes, hormone therapy, and maintaining foot health.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Schedule:

  • 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
  • One Saturday per month, 8 am – 12 pm.

Qualifications:

  • Valid NP or PA license in Arizona.

Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Nurse Practitioner: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Physician Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (Preferred)
  • Physician Assistant License in Arizona (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Scottsdale, AZ (Required)

Work Location: In person
