Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality patient care with a focus on diabetes management, podiatry, and hormone therapy. The ideal candidate will work closely with a dedicated medical assistant, providing collaborative and efficient care experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered primary care with a focus on diabetes, podiatry, and hormone therapy.
- Diagnose, develop treatment plans, and monitor chronic disease management, particularly in diabetes and hormone therapy.
- Perform assessments and procedures related to primary care, hormone therapy, diabetes, and podiatry, including wound care, foot health assessments, and hormone management.
- Educate patients and families on managing diabetes, hormone therapy, and maintaining foot health.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
Schedule:
- 4 days per week, 10 hours per day.
- One Saturday per month, 8 am – 12 pm.
Qualifications:
- Valid NP or PA license in Arizona.
Pay: $110,000.00 – $125,000.00 per year

- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience:
- Nurse Practitioner: 3 years (Preferred)

- Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona (Preferred)
- Physician Assistant License in Arizona (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Scottsdale, AZ (Required)
