Location: Multiple positions available across Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Chandler, Maricopa, and Casa Grande, AZ Settings: Home and Community-Based and School-Based Positions

We are currently expanding our team and looking for passionate, dedicated professionals to serve families and school districts in the East Valley and Pinal County regions.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based speech or occupational therapy interventions in home-based or educational environments.
  • Conduct functional assessments and implement individualized care plans focused on practical, daily living, and academic skills.
  • Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary school teams to maximize progress.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance records in accordance with state and insurance (ALTCS/AHCCCS) standards.
  • (For Assistants) Maintain seamless communication and collaboration with your supervising SLP or OT.

Qualifications

  • Appropriate degree from an accredited program (Master’s for SLP/OT; Associate’s/Bachelor’s for Assistants).
  • Active Arizona state professional license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date).
  • Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance (for home health positions).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Pay: $60.00 – $90.00 per hour
