Full Job Description


  • To provide acute and occupational medical care
  • Outpatient Clinic Setting
  • Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM
  • Possible evenings and weekends
  • Call Schedule: TBD
  • Patient volume: Varies by location
WORK LOCATION:Various Locations throughout the State of Alaska
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 8AM to 5PM
REPORTS TO: Fairweather Medical Manager and Fairweather Medical Director/Collaborating Physician
CONTRACT: Year-Round, Seasonal, Locums


  • Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License with State of Alaska
  • ATLS preferred
  • Active DEA Registration
  • Two (2) years of experience in emergency or family medicine
  • Must be able to work independently in a solo provider site
  • Must be culturally sensitive and willing to embrace the native community and their culture
