Now Hiring: Speech Language Pathologist who:
- Loves to play

- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys frequent breaks to travel quick distances between locations
- Is independent and organized
- Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making abilities
- Has knowledge of speech language pathology principles, concepts, and methodologies
- Develops and maintains rapport with patients and family members
What You’ll Do
- Conduct thorough standardized and non-standardized pediatric assessments
- Develop evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes
- Deliver therapy services aligned with goals and clinical needs
- Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and providers
- Provide training on home programs and clinical recommendations
- Collaborate with team, including discharge planning and supervision
- Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
- Follow state regulations and clinical standards
- Maintain patient safety at all times

- Organized with strong communication abilities
Physical Requirements
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to travel between client locations
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
- Strong sensory awareness (sight, hearing, touch, smell)
- Capable of assisting patients with mobility and equipment
- Able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations
