Now Hiring: Speech Language Pathologist who:

  • Demonstrates problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Has knowledge of speech language pathology principles, concepts, and methodologies
  • Develops and maintains rapport with patients and family members

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct thorough standardized and non-standardized pediatric assessments
  • Develop evidence-based treatment plans with measurable goals and outcomes
  • Deliver therapy services aligned with goals and clinical needs
  • Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and providers
  • Provide training on home programs and clinical recommendations
  • Collaborate with team, including discharge planning and supervision
  • Ensure all documentation is timely, accurate, and compliant
  • Follow state regulations and clinical standards
  • Maintain patient safety at all times

  • Organized with strong communication abilities

Physical Requirements

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Ability to travel between client locations
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Comfortable with prolonged standing, bending, kneeling, and climbing stairs
  • Strong sensory awareness (sight, hearing, touch, smell)
  • Capable of assisting patients with mobility and equipment
  • Able to respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations

Pay: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour
