Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Aesthetic RN to join our innovative skincare and aesthetic medicine team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, and laser procedures, to help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care. Duties
- Perform non-surgical aesthetic procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments, dermal fillers, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and skin evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and realistic outcomes to foster trust and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed medical documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on complex cases involving critical care experience or acute pain management when necessary.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, including sterile processing of equipment and medications such as botulinum toxins and dermal fillers.
- Adhere strictly to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols during all procedures to ensure patient safety.

Qualifications
- Current Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or relevant advanced practice credentials.
- Proven experience performing aesthetic procedures such as dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin), and laser treatments.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology principles related to aesthetic medicine.
- Active New York RN or NP license
- Aesthetic experience preferred
- Injectables experience preferred
- Willingness to train on devices if needed
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic, Athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation.
- Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with the ability to communicate treatment options clearly.
- Experience working in diverse clinical settings including hospital medicine, outpatient clinics, or medical spas is highly desirable.

Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per hour
