Position Overview
We are seeking a Full-time Pediatric Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with specialized experience or training in working with children and adolescents. The ideal candidate is patient, developmentally sensitive, and committed to trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for children and adolescents
- Diagnose and treat pediatric mental health conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, ODD, and mood disorders
- Provide psychopharmacologic treatment and medication management with a family-centered approach
- Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers, therapists, school professionals, and medical providers
- Create individualized treatment plans that reflect developmental, cultural, and family needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and clinical consultations
Qualifications
- Current and valid PMHNP license (with prescriptive authority) in Massachusetts
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing with a focus in psychiatry
- Two Years Experience working with pediatric and adolescent populations is required
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care, autism spectrum, and/or behavioral disorders is strongly preferred
- DEA certification (or eligibility)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children and families
- Comfort using EMRs and/or telehealth platforms

Pay: $200,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
