Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations in a clinic setting.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and clinical guidelines.
- Prescribe medications and perform laboratory tests as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and follow-up treatments.
- Educate patients about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
- Document appropriately in a patient’s medical record in a timely matter.
Requirements
- Valid license in Utah.
- Experience in an clinic setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and medication administration protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
