Job Title: Physician Assistant (Part-Time)

Duration: 6 Months with Possible extension
Pay Rate: $80/Hr.-$100/Hr.
Schedule: M-F – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physician Assistant (PA) to join our healthcare team in Broken Arrow, OK. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality primary and preventive care, collaborate closely with physicians, and ensure patients receive the best possible treatment and education for their ongoing health needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical exams and medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in collaboration with supervising physicians.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement patient care plans tailored to individual health needs.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and federal regulations.
- Provide patient education on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment compliance.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in the EMR system.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings as required.
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Oklahoma license as a Physician Assistant.
- BLS/ACLS certification required.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may be considered).
- Excellent clinical judgment, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
