Compensation: $90–$110/hour

Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you’ll deliver comprehensive primary care and weight management services in an outpatient setting. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own patient panel, supported by a collaborative team that values communication and patient continuity. Responsibilities include:
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based primary and preventive care
- See an average of 16–18 patients per day
- Maintain approximately 70–80% direct patient care and 20–30% indirect (refills, labs, urgent messages, etc.)
- Perform outpatient procedures (no OB)
- Conduct occasional same-day or telehealth visits as needed
- Collaborate closely with a physician and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements
- Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona
- 1–3 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred
- Comfortable managing a range of adult and geriatric conditions
- Strong communication and documentation skills
