Schedule: Part-time (approx. 15 hours/week, flexible)

Compensation: $90–$110/hour

Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you’ll deliver comprehensive primary care and weight management services in an outpatient setting. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your own patient panel, supported by a collaborative team that values communication and patient continuity. Responsibilities include:

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based primary and preventive care
• See an average of 16–18 patients per day
• Maintain approximately 70–80% direct patient care and 20–30% indirect (refills, labs, urgent messages, etc.)
• Perform outpatient procedures (no OB)
• Conduct occasional same-day or telehealth visits as needed
• Collaborate closely with a physician and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona
• 1–3 years of experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care preferred
• Comfortable managing a range of adult and geriatric conditions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Committed to patient-centered, holistic care
