Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with patients while delivering exceptional care.
· Conduct comprehensive consultations, focusing on hormone therapy and sustainable weight management.
· Develop and implement customized treatment protocols, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT).
· Drive clinic growth by retaining and attracting patients through excellent care and proactive follow-ups.
· Actively contribute ideas to improve clinic processes, patient care, and business growth.
· Take ownership of your results, tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans for optimal outcomes.
· Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Education & Certification
· Physician Assistants: Graduate of an accredited PA program with current licensure.
· Nurse Practitioners: Graduate of an accredited NP program with current licensure (FNP, ANP, or related specialty).
Experience
· Preferred: Experience in hormone therapy, weight management, endocrinology, or integrative medicine.
· Strong interest and willingness to grow in these areas are essential.
