Job Summary:
CardioRenal Vision is a national leader in post-acute Cardiology and Nephrology clinical care. Currently, we are looking to fill a position for a qualified Cardiac Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us in the Seattle Market. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys learning, loves working with the geriatric population, and someone who wants to grow with our quickly growing company.
You will work closely with a supervising cardiologist and team of providers, delivering clinical care to sub-acute and long term care patients. Our culture focuses on helping each provider reach their long term goals and having a balanced lifestyle. We provide training, flexible schedules, full autonomy, and full clinical support. Qualifications:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant: One Year of specialty care experience minimum.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and communicate with facility leadership and their Medical Director.
- Provide high-quality care to the facility’s residents while demonstrating a kind and caring demeanor.
- Be a subject matter expert in cardiac medicine.
- Complete all documentation in a timely manner.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
